What's Hot: Friendship Heights Food Hall Could Open This Month | Summer Ready With Quick Move-In Homes at Brookland Grove
High-End Townhomes and Condominiums Come to Alexandria Waterfront
Construction is underway at Old Town Alexandria’s newest waterfront residences, Robinson Landing. This distinctive new community will feature 26 townhomes and 70 condominiums, along with a new public promenade, a revitalized pier for daytime boat docking, onsite shops and restaurants and open green space.
Robinson Landing opened for sales last November, and the townhome model home opening and first move-ins are anticipated to start this summer.
Inspired by a prime location along the Potomac River on Old Town's waterfront, Robinson Landing is designed to provide unprecedented riverfront living. Stately townhomes with rooftop terraces present a classic facade for decidedly modern interior living spaces, allowing a seamless transition between the historic surrounding architecture and these new homes. New condominiums with floor-to-ceiling windows offer expansive views and modern amenities, from semi-private elevators to spacious balconies.
Both home types will be well appointed, featuring modern kitchens with European-style cabinetry, outdoor living space and dedicated parking. When complete, residents will enjoy a full suite of amenities including concierge, fitness center, yoga studio, bicycle shop, pet grooming station and more.
Robinson Landing's new onsite retail will join the over 200 Old Town shops, restaurants and galleries just steps away.
