Constellation on H—the stylish luxury condominium that sits on an entire city block of the H Street Corridor—recently debuted and sold nearly half of the development's high-end penthouses. The four two-level penthouses, featuring 20-foot ceilings and private outdoor space, are priced starting at just $744,900.
This Sunday, from 12pm to 2pm, Constellation on H will host a Sip and See where prospective buyers can tour two penthouse model homes, sip mimosas and nibble pastries. No RSVP is necessary.
The penthouses include either two bedrooms and two bathrooms, or two bedrooms plus a den and two-and-a-half bathrooms. Elegant in-home finishes include black stainless steel appliances, industrial bronze fixtures, hardwood floors, Elfa closets, full-sized washer/dryers, floor-to-ceiling windows with sleek glass railings that allow light to reach every corner of the homes. All four of the penthouses feature balconies, while one also includes a private roof deck.
Constellation on H features amenities including an artfully designed lobby, a package concierge, storage space and a secure bike room.
Residents also have easy access to all the shops, fitness centers, restaurants and bars that the H Street Corridor has to offer. The neighborhood’s new Whole Foods market is close by, as are Giant, Safeway, and area restaurants including Maketto, Toki Underground and Sally’s Middle Name.
Sales and marketing for Constellation on H is handled by Urban Pace. For more information on Constellation on H, visit the property online here or call sales manager Alex Edwards at 202.329.2247.
