The team created an expansive floorplan—with five bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms and 2,900 square feet of total living space—behind an impressive industrial brick exterior that allows its architectural design to stand out in the neighborhood.

Some of the home’s most unique features include: two single-car garages, a 200-square-foot Bison roof deck, multiple balconies, built-in ceiling speakers throughout, heated primary bathroom floors, designer lighting, exposed steel and brick, reclaimed wood shelves, oak beams and a 8’ pocket door. Designer Hannah Greeley of HG Design help with the design flow and stylish finishes to the interior.
