UrbanTurf has joined Twitter, the 140-character broadcasting service that has gone from geek-toy to mainstream communication tool in the last few weeks. If you’re already using Twitter, be sure to follow UrbanTurf.

If you’re not, give it a try. You can sign up in one minute here. Once you’ve done that, look for people to follow. (Translation: Get Twitter updates from.) Here are a few folks in our area that we follow:
