Friday's "If I Had $1 Million" Listing: Figure 1

This week’s “If I Had $1 Million” listing is a huge two-level condominium in Dupont Circle. The 2,000 square-foot unit has a giant wall of glass that frames the living room and kitchen, and the upper level office area. Every service or amenity was considered when designing the unit including electric blinds for the windows, heated floors in certain parts of the property, and almost 300 square feet of terrace space on each floor. The staircase leading up to the second level is made of limestone, the kitchen is all Pogenpohl designs and the bathrooms are Waterworks. The listing also includes an underground parking space.
