The four-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse has 11-foot ceilings, two fireplaces, a renovated gourmet kitchen, a secluded back deck, and perhaps best of all, an in-law suite on the lower lever that could be rented out.

The other attractive feature about this listing is the price. At about $480 per square foot, it is well below the median for the area ($550).
