This week’s “If I Had $1 Million” listing is a four-level contemporary home in Columbia Heights. The house was designed by DC-based architect and designer Sergio Martinez who is known for his handcrafted modern furniture made from recycled, scrap and FCS-certified wood. Many of his pieces can be seen throughout the home.

The house is filled with exposed brick, there is a huge 16’×14’ skylight in the family room, a large gourmet kitchen, a courtyard patio, a private rooftop deck, and a one-car garage.
