Rendering of Walmart planned for 801 New Jersey Avenue NW
Jonathan O’Connell of Capital Business recently tweeted renderings of what the Walmart at 801 New Jersey Avenue NW (map) could look like.
The 801 New Jersey Avenue store would cover 75,000 to 80,000 square feet of the ground floor of a five-story mixed-use building. The remainder of the floors would be made up with 315 apartments as well as additional retail. The site is currently a parking lot.
