"I received one of Gables Upper Rock's post cards last fall and decided to tour the community when my lease was up in February. My husband and I have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Murray and walking him around our old North Bethesda apartment was tough because of all of the traffic and congestion. I didn't want to give up my gourmet kitchen or my soaking tub, so when we found Upper Rock, we were immediately sold. The community has a shuttle to the Shady Grove Metro which makes my husband's commute to DC less stressful, and there are so many great places to walk our dog. It really feels like they planned this place for dog owners in mind. I even hear that one of the new buildings with have a Pet Grooming Salon! Just last month, Murray met new friends at the Yappy Hour that Gabby, the Assistant Manager, hosted for dog owners, and he already has a play date with my neighbor's Pugs.
