Located at one of the highest parts of downtown DC, the luxury boutique residences at Sage on Belmont boast an abundance of thoughtful design elements and some of the city’s most spectacular views. The modern, eight-residence property debuted this spring and has just four residences remaining: two three-bedroom and three-bath homes (including a penthouse), a two-bedroom and two-bath home, and a two-bedroom and one-bathroom home.
Sage on Belmont is a collaboration between Norman Smith Architecture and Taurus Development Group, a luxury developer whose past projects include impeccably executed, sun-drenched properties like Lofts at Meridian Hill and City Overlook. This property is no different, with top-of-the line finishes and rooms with unobstructed exposures on every level.
Each of the homes at Sage on Belmont has south facing views as well as private outdoor spaces—lower level homes have sizable balconies, while the penthouse boasts a rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the city. Other penthouse features include built-in closet space; a fireplace; a water filtration system; master bedrooms with north-facing windows; and a south-facing bedroom, featuring a custom headboard with built-in cabinetry and lighting, an adjoining bathroom with a large two-person shower, and swinging glass doors into the living room.
Other standout finishes include custom cabinetry by Canadian firm Urban Effects; Porcelanosa tile, vanities and bathroom fixtures; Bosch and GE kitchen appliances and Zephyr hoods; and dark finished stressed oak flooring. Amenities include a lobby with noise reducing cork flooring and computer-cut aluminum chandeliers, an elevator, private storage and bike storage. The property also has a rear, common garden and one parking space available for each residence.
Sage on Belmont is located just east of lower Meridian Hill Park, steps from dozens of restaurants and bars in the 14th Street and U Street Corridors. Nearby Metro stations are U Street on the Green and Yellow lines and Dupont Circle on the Red line. Nearby grocery stores include Harris Teeter, Yes! Organic Market and Trader Joes.
The remaining residences are priced from $634,000 to $2.3M, are VA approved. They are open for tours this Saturday and Sunday from 1pm to 4pm, or by appointment. Details on all four are below.
