    This really is a beautiful home. The price seems similar to other ones in the area (or cheaper). On a tangent: Not that this property would be rented but what do people think would be a reasonable rent for a condo like this in that location?

    @ arxdei -- Rent for a three-bedroom in this area ranges from $2,200 to $3,000 a month.
