Located on the top two floors of the house, the 1,420 square foot condo has a large open kitchen, three true bedrooms (including a large master bedroom), exposed brick and hardwood floors throughout, and views above the tree tops from the second level. At $334 per square foot, the property is a good deal in a neighborhood where new construction has recently sold for about $380/square foot.
