Deal of the Week: Plain But Solid in Mount Pleasant

In this installment of Deal of the Week, we take a look at a Mount Pleasant row house with few frills, but all the necessities.
This four-bedroom’s relatively low price may be due to it’s lack of fanciness: the floors, kitchen and bathrooms are on the plain side. Plus, it hasn’t been on the market in over ten years.
However, the house is solidly built and the sellers made some improvements that add value and livability: a second story porch has been enclosed to create a sunroom, the basement has been finished, and the backyard has a built-in seating area and nice landscaping.
Those interested in the home, which hit the market on Monday, will need to move quickly. The listing agent tells us that they have already received a couple offers. More photos and details below.
