Trafalgar Flats, a new 78-unit condominium project in Arlington, has begun sales and is on its way to becoming the fastest selling condominium community in Arlington. Thanks in part to its convenient location and competitive pricing, the property now has a long waitlist of potential buyers and has contracts on five units.
The exterior at Trafalgar Flats features a mix of contemporary materials, while the homes themselves include quartz countertops, cabinetry with soft-close doors, stainless steel appliances and expansive windows allowing natural light to flood each home. Current buyers are able to enjoy a wide range of amenities such as an outdoor plaza with lounge seating and fire pit, bike storage and an expansive clubroom and fitness center. Additionally, over 8,000 square feet of ground floor retail will be filled with retailers aimed at making life at Trafalgar Flats as easy as possible.
Trafalgar Flats is located at the intersection of Columbia Pike and South Buchanan Street (map), just one block from Four Mile Run Park; two blocks from the future Columbia Pike Retail Center anchored by Harris Teeter; and 1.5 miles from Penrose Square.

Every home at Trafalgar Flats features secure underground parking, while several types of public transportation can be found nearby: a stop for the Columbia Pike bus line is located across the street and the Ballston Metro Station is about two miles away. Trafalgar Flats is an 8-minute drive from the Pentagon and four miles from Washington DC.
Homes at Trafalgar Flats are priced from the mid $200s to the low $500s and move-ins are expected for spring/summer 2018. Sales for the property are by appointment only and are being managed by McWilliams|Ballard at the off-site sales center located at 1800 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 132, in Arlington, VA (map).
