Homes at Trafalgar Flats are priced from the mid $200s to the low $500s and move-ins are expected for spring/summer 2018. Sales for the property are by appointment only and are being managed by McWilliams|Ballard at the off-site sales center located at 1800 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 132, in Arlington, VA (map).
