Compass Team Sells Out Latest Property, Debuts Another in Mount Pleasant
Compass' DeBruhl | Carney Team and developer Columbia Property Capital have sold 14 of 16 units at their latest development, Residence La Belle Vie. The remaining two residences are enormous two-bed, two-bath units. The penthouse is offered at $569,000 and a second level unit at $559,000. With a wine bar and granite counters, both offer an ideal place to entertain in Columbia Heights. The pet-friendly building also features low condo fees, gated parking and a roof deck.
Now the team is preparing to launch their newest project. In December, they will debut four brand new condos in the boutique property Mont Plaisant.
Mont Plaisant is located at 16th and Irving Streets NW (map), in the heart of Mount Pleasant. The historic building, originally built in 1905, offers private outdoor space in every unit while maintaining its unique row home charm with exposed brick and high ceilings. All units will offer 1,250+ square feet of living space, quartz countertops, hardwood floors and Bosche appliances in an open floor plan.
The property’s penthouse unit features a private roof deck with unobstructed views of the National Cathedral and Rock Creek Park, while residence three offers a secluded balcony off of the living room; residence two features a landscaped yard with room for a picnic table; and the garden level features a yard with private entertaining space.
Mont Plaisant is located just three blocks from the Columbia Heights Metro, Target and many other shops. Nearby restaurants include The Heights, Beau Thai and Maple—as well as a variety of bars and restaurants in Adams Morgan.
Tours are now available by appointment only, but open houses will start in December.
