The Lacey in the U Street Corridor has announced close-out pricing for its five remaining units. The new pricing includes some hefty markdowns, including a $50,000 reduction on a two-bedroom, 1,800-square-foot duplex that includes 550 square feet of outdoor space. The unit is now priced at $675,000.
The reductions also include the unit the developer chose for himself, a two-bedroom, 1,260-square-foot penthouse with a private roof-top terrace. Its price has been reduced by $25,000, from $599,900 to $575,000.
The Lacey is an FHA-approved, 26-unit boutique condominium that delivered last year in the U Street Corridor. Arguably the most distinctive residential building constructed in the DC metropolitan area, it sits at 11th and Florida Avenue (map), just three blocks from the U Street Metro and the neighborhood’s many restaurants, bars, and shops. There is an open house this Sunday the 11th from 2 to 4pm.
