Tri Pointe Homes, an award-winning home builder with more than 40 years and over 20,000 homes under its belt, is getting ready to debut its first DC community: Brookland Grove.
Located in DC's Brookland neighborhood, just a few blocks from the Brookland-CUA Metro station, Brookland Grove will include 60 design-forward homes in three different styles, two acres of green space, and immediate access to everything that the neighborhood has to offer. The community will launch in early 2022 and homes are anticipated from the low $900s.

The three-and four-level homes at Brookland Grove will be expansive with three to four bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms and either one- or two-bay garages. They were also designed to reflect the particular style and sophistication of the Brookland community.
“When we looked at this project and were trying to figure out what the elevations and architectural style would be, we really thought about the surrounding neighborhoods and really wanted to be consistent with the look and feel of the homes,” says Tri Pointe Division President Brad Blank.

Easy walking distance to dozens of shops and restaurants.
The homes will also be highly customizable through Tri Pointe’s Design Studio. From the latest design trends to integrated smart tech solutions and additional levels with private rooftop terraces, buyers can put their personal touch on every floor and feature of the new homes.
