Bradley Beal's Bethesda Home Sells At Slight Discount

The Bethesda home of former Washington Wizard Bradley Beal officially has a new owner.
The nearly 13,500 square-foot house hit the market for $10 million in September and sold at a slight discount late last week. The home, listed with Jill Schwartz and Andres Serafini of RLAH @properties, closed for just under $9.2 million last Friday.

Beal, who spent 11 seasons with the Wizards before being traded to the Phoenix Suns, had a number of interesting spaces in and outside the home, including an arcade room with Pop-A-Shot, a full-sized tennis court and heated pool, and of course, an indoor basketball court.
