Those in the market for an alternative to a two-bedroom condo may have it in this three-level Shaw row house. The only peculiar thing about the listing is that the kitchen is on the lowest floor, but the home makes up for that with a main level living area that has a gas fireplace, and a fenced-in rear patio. Parking is not included, though.

Located in the shadow of the Masonic Temple, this two-bedroom home in Alexandria has a slate front patio, large living and dining areas and a fenced-in backyard. But the property hit UrbanTurf’s radar after we saw the windowed room above and the lower level laundry area that has a cool looking workbench.
