The owner's bedroom has sliding glass doors out to the skylit screened-in porch and shares a skylit bath with a second bedroom on the main level. Another two bedrooms share a bath on the lower level, which also houses a rec room with a brick fireplace and the laundry room. There is also a breakfast nook with a  U-shaped banquette beside the back door. The third and fourth bedrooms are beneath pitched ceilings, one with four built-in beds.
