Arlington will soon have 67 new luxury apartments.
Insight Property Group broke ground today at the site of Grayson Flats, their $25 million development at 1200 North Rolfe Street (map), half a mile from the Courthouse Metro. The 67-unit project is scheduled to deliver in the fall.
Grayson Flats will include one and two bedroom apartments with an average unit size of about 1,100-square feet. The largest units will be over 1,450-square feet. All the apartments will have outdoor space in the form of a balcony or terrace and a few will have a private rooftop terrace. Insight Property Group is adding a few cool outdoor features, like open cabanas, a fire pit and a bocce lawn, as well as a rooftop deck, bike storage and an electric car charging station.
The project joins a slew of other developments on the Rosslyn-Ballston corridor.
