Emblem at Barracks Row, a brand new 20-unit condominium development from Bozzuto, is generating a lot of buzz on Capitol Hill.

Emblem at Barracks Row bridges the historic Barracks Row neighborhood with the neighboring Navy Yard as a standout addition to the city’s oldest commercial district. The residences sit atop first floor retail spaces, with target vendors being coffee shops, boutique fitness studios and the like.
The homes at Emblem will include one-bedrooms, one-bedrooms with dens and two-bedroom penthouses. Five of the six penthouses boast a second story loft with an outdoor terrace. All penthouses and many of the other residences have stunning views of the Capitol Building and the Washington Monument.
