Emblem at Barracks Row bridges the historic Barracks Row neighborhood with the neighboring Navy Yard as a standout addition to the city’s oldest commercial district. The residences sit atop first floor retail spaces, with target vendors being coffee shops, boutique fitness studios and the like.

The homes at Emblem will include one-bedrooms, one-bedrooms with dens and two-bedroom penthouses. Five of the six penthouses boast a second story loft with an outdoor terrace. All penthouses and many of the other residences have stunning views of the Capitol Building and the Washington Monument.

Finishes include modern kitchens, floor-to-ceiling windows, Quartz countertops, Bosch appliances (including a washer/dryer) and wide-plank flooring throughout. Amenities include a package concierge and bike storage, and parking is available for purchase.

Barracks Row is a bustling commercial strip in the heart of Capitol Hill. Local restaurants include Medium Rare, Ted’s Bulletin and award-winning sister restaurants Rose’s Luxury and Pineapple & Pearls. Pricing at Emblem at Barracks Row will start at $389,900.
