The small home is an updated turn-of-the-century rowhouse with 1.5 updated bathrooms. (That extra half-bath is a coveted feature in these tiny rowhomes.) $65,000 Above Ask in 5 Days in Mount Pleasant

This 5,000 square-foot rowhouse was one of the largest and priciest homes to hit the market in Mount Pleasant in a while, which may help explain why it found a buyer in just five days and went so far over its list price. The home was renovated in 2005 to make the downstairs larger and the bedrooms bigger; the result is a comfortable, spacious house with a functional layout. The kitchen and bathrooms are all updated, and there’s an income suite in the basement to take pressure off the mortgage.
