In a neighborhood where homes regularly sell for well above $2.5 million, this three-bedroom represented quite a good value when it hit the market back this summer. And when it closed for $135,000 above asking earlier this month, we were proven correct. The carefully maintained fieldstone colonial in Spring Valley has been thoughtfully updated over the 40 years.
