This two-story rowhouse sits on a one-way street near Lincoln Park. Its 1,324 square-foot interior has an efficient layout and an open concept main level that combines rustic and modern styles. Past the dining area, the kitchen rounds out the level and has subway-tiled walls, Calacatta marble countertops, and black-painted ceiling beams. Oversized windows in the living area and bedrooms have hinged shutters, and there is a shallow bay in both the living room and the owner's bedroom.
