A Timeless Living Experience at The Apollo
Built on the site of the former Apollo Theater along the H Street Corridor, The Apollo’s architectural design pays homage to the rich history of the area with a mix of contemporary finishes.
The 431-unit building spans almost an entire city block, and was built with the surrounding H Street community in mind. Set back from the property line, The Apollo offers an outdoor cafe, The Wydown coffee shop in the lobby with free Wi-Fi access, all open to the public. Apollo residents will be in close proximity to a host of popular restaurants, entertainment venues and cultural attractions. The onsite Whole Foods and The Wydown are now open to residents.
Even the common areas were crafted to be open, welcoming, and comfortable lounging spaces. The lobby and common areas showcase imported custom Italian marble tile flooring and a timeless decor, featuring high-end furniture, never before used in an apartment community in the city.
Apartments at The Apollo range from studio units to three-bedroom, two-bathroom residences that spread out over 1,500 square feet. Each unit has Italian cabinetry in the kitchen, under-cabinet lighting, quartz countertops, kitchen shelving and state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances.
The apartment homes at The Apollo come with hardwood flooring throughout and feature accent tiles in the bathroom, as well as in-unit laundry. Outdoor terrace space is available for most units.
The Apollo offers a wide variety of building amenities such as a 24-hour concierge, outdoor pool, fitness center, courtyards, dog park and a tool lending library.
Residences can also host events and have full access to a demonstration kitchen, outdoor living rooms, an outdoor movie screen and a rooftop penthouse with party room.
