What's Hot: DC's 14 Million-Dollar Neighborhoods in 2023 | What the New FHA Mortgage Fee Cut Will Mean For Buyers
Homes at Georgia Row at Walter Reed Selling Quickly

Construction of the much-talked-about Walter Reed development has begun and promises to bring plenty of new retail and green space to upper Georgia Avenue. Meanwhile, one of the neighborhood's major residential properties—Georgia Row at Walter Reed, located directly across the street from the development—is nearly complete and selling quickly as residents anticipate what’s to come.
Just a handful of three-bedroom Carter homes, priced from the low $700s; two-bedroom and two-bedroom plus den Blair homes, from the high $500s; and one-bedroom plus den Adams homes, from the low $400s, are left in the initial phases of Georgia Row at Walter Reed. The fourth and final phase will be complete in early 2019.

Georgia Row is developed by Craftmark Homes and Elm Street Development and combines the best of two housing styles: the multi-level feel of a townhome and the convenience of a condo. The homes are spacious, ranging from 700 square feet to more than 1,800 square feet, and have either one-, two- or three-bedroom floorplans. The multi-level designs—with the living room and kitchen on the main level, and bedrooms on either the upper or lower level, or a combination, depending on floor plan—provide residents with plenty of open space and privacy.

Georgia Row features both modern and transitional homes. All of the residences come standard with five-inch wide-plank hardwood flooring, quartz countertops, home automated systems, LED lighting and nine-foot ceilings, and some include expansive rooftop terraces. On-site parking, located behind the community, is available for purchase.
Georgia Row at Walter Reed is ideally located directly across the street from the Walter Reed redevelopment and only half a mile from the Takoma Metro Station. The homes have direct access to sought-after restaurants, shops and entertainment venues.

To tour a three-bedroom Carter model home at Georgia Row, visit the Georgia Row sales office, open daily from 11am to 5pm, at 7217-B Georgia Ave NW (map); or contact McWilliams|Ballard Sales Manager Laina Lee by phone at 202.750.5929 or by email at llee@mcwb.com.
