88-Unit Development Pitched For Columbia Pike

Add another development to the pipeline in the works for Columbia Pike. 

The Christopher Companies has filed new plans with Arlington County for an 88-unit residential development at 2801 Columbia Pike (map), currently home to a two-level commercial building. The project, designed by Devereaux Architects and Planners, would rise 7 stories, have two levels of underground parking and 5,800 square feet of retail space.
