4,000 Square Foot Ultra Luxury Homes Now Selling at Upper West
Upper West is an ultra-luxury community that marries urban and suburban lifestyles in Virginia’s Downtown One Loudoun. Just 51 of the 69 massive Upper West homes are still on the market. Prices start in the mid $800s, however many of the 18 already sold homes fetched above $1 million, making Upper West one of the top-selling addresses in Virginia.
Homes at Upper West measure 4,300 square feet over four levels and include luxury details like private elevators, connoisseur kitchens with dual islands, ten foot ceilings, top-of-the-line appliances, automated in-home systems and 400-square-foot rooftop pied-à-terres with views of the community’s Central Park and the Blue Ridge Mountains.
One Loudoun is the “downtown” of eastern Loudoun County and boasts a variety of high-end restaurants, shops and nightlife. The community is ideally located at Route 7 and the Loudoun County Parkway (map), and is three miles from Washington Dulles International Airport.
Upper West is currently offering pre-model pricing and incentives, and model homes will be ready to tour later this summer. To sign up for a preview visit the property’s website here, or contact Mary Cochran by email at mcochran@millerandsmith.com or by phone at 703-858-0600.
