The smallest home on the market in DC right now clocks in at just 265 square feet. The studio was listed for sale just south of Meridian Hill Park last Thursday.
The 265 square-foot floorplan includes a small kitchen with new appliances, an open room with new flooring, a closet and a bathroom. The studio has a private entrance, and is able to fit a washer and dryer into its diminutive layout.

The property is listed for $199,000 with Keller Williams' Theresa Helfman Taylor; it sold for about a quarter of that price 14 years ago. Despite the appreciation, the unit may have a buyer by the end of today: offers were due at noon.
