16 New Condos on Quiet One-Way Street in Columbia Heights
Just outside of Columbia Heights’ commercial center is Newton Street, a quiet one-way with a unique combination of north-facing townhouses and south-facing condominiums. Among them, at 1514 Newton Street NW (map), is a brand new property called Residence La Belle Vie—a modern compliment to the neighborhood’s existing architecture.
Residence La Belle Vie includes sixteen one- and two-bedroom condos, including four penthouse units, all boasting open floor plans, hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows.
Sales at Residence La Belle Vie have only just begun and residences will be move-in ready in mid-July. Prices start at $289,900, and there are currently no restrictions for investor owners.
Interiors are characterized by clean lines and modern finishes, like wide-plank wood floors, high-gloss cabinets, built-in audio systems and stainless steel appliances, all of which come standard throughout. Both one- and two-bedroom condos come with in-unit washer/dryer. And additional upgrades, like free granite kitchen countertops (until June 21st), are available to buyers who submit an offer soon.
Common amenities include a rooftop deck, secure bike storage and a limited number of off-street parking spaces, available at additional cost. All units are pet-friendly and equipped with high-efficiency HVAC systems.
Residence La Belle Vie is ideally located two blocks from Target, Giant, Cava and Washington Sports Club. Nearby restaurants include The Heights, Pho Viet, Maple, Kangaroo Boxing Club and Room 11. The property is also just steps from the 14th and 16th Street Metro bus lines and a five-minute walk from the Columbia Heights Metro station (Yellow/Green Line).
To get a feel for what’s to come at Residence La Belle Vie, make an appointment for a hard-hat tour of its soon-to-be-completed units. Two model homes are available for tour five days a week, Wednesday through Sunday.
For appointments, call Compass agent Kristy DeBruhl at 202-765-2626. For additional information on Residence La Belle Vie, visit the property online here.
