The 12-story building will be renovated, and the ground floor will consist of retail and residential amenity space. A pool and other indoor and outdoor amenity spaces will be added to the roof.
Designed by Maurice Walters, the facades of the conversion will be renovated "to restore the building to a condition that is closer to its original 1941 Lescaze design."
