14W, the 231-unit apartment building going up at 14th Street and W Street NW, will begin leasing in February, UrbanTurf has learned.
The seven-story building, which boasts amenities like a 40,000-square-foot YMCA, a rooftop grilling area and a yoga studio, will be ready for move-ins early in the spring.
The developers have created apartments ranging in size from a 568-square-foot studio to a 1,363-square-foot two-bedroom plus den. The exact prices will be announced in the coming month.
