127-Unit Condo Project With Ballpark Views to Deliver By Year's End

A new condo project that offers its owners views into Nats Park will deliver by the end of the year.
Developed by Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners and designed by Hord Coplan Macht, eNvy is a 127-unit development at 70 N Street SE that is the condo component to 1250 Half Street, a 310-unit apartment building that in the works next door. The project will have a rooftop deck and a library/lounge area, as well as access to apartment building amenities including a pool and fitness center. And like a handful of other residential projects in the area, certain homes will have pretty nice views on game day.

“Not only will some homes have views into Nationals Park but there is a corner roof terrace that all residents will have access to and be able to enjoy a Nats game or concert without ever leaving their home.” Clint Mann, President of Urban Pace, said in a release. Urban Pace will handle sales and marketing for the project.
eNvy will join three other developments adjacent to the ballpark that offer tenants views of the field from the residences. The retail component of eNvy will likely be announced next month.
