Hickok Cole is the architect and STUDIOS furnished the interior design; Urban Pace will administer unit sales. Grosvenor Americas is also a financial partner.
Another 60-unit co-living building (formerly known as Building P) with 21,000 square feet of retail is also expected to break ground next month at 1155 Dahlia Street NW (map).
