While there is a slew of new residential development on the boards for Shaw, a new hotel looks to be on the boards for the 9th Street corridor.

The 8,063 square-foot lot is largely vacant with the exception of a two-story townhouse and a garage fronting Naylor Court at the rear. Those buildings would remain with three garage door-accessible surface parking spaces and a service bay infilled, and both will be incorporated into the hotel's interior, enabling dual access to the ground-floor room in the townhouse.
