In this week’s installment of What X Buys You, we look at a two-bedroom row house in Shaw that is listed for $469,000. The home was gutted and renovated in 2000 and then updated with a number of green enhancements in 2006, including Energy Star appliances, On Demand water heater and no VOC paint. The home has a pretty large living area and a backyard that, if some work is put into it, would be a pretty good summer entertainment spot. More details and photos below.
