Urban Rustic Meets Convenience at The Aspen
The Aspen, Mt. Vernon Triangle's newest luxury apartment building, welcomes its first tenants this weekend. Built with a unique blend of urban rustic accents and European style, The Aspen’s studio, one-and two-bedroom apartment homes offer modern interiors with on-site amenities in a central DC location.
The interior finishes throughout The Aspen are a creative mix of metal, stone and reclaimed wood accents. With floor-to-ceiling windows, each apartment has ample natural light. The European-inspired kitchen design includes stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and subway tile backsplashes. All homes have hardwood flooring and come with full-size washer and dryer units. Private balconies are available for select residences.
Building amenities include an on-site fitness center, a private conference room, a spacious club room, a sky lounge and rooftop deck access with breathtaking views of the city. The Aspen also offers a comprehensive concierge service available seven days a week, free dog washing facilities and complimentary bike storage. Underground, reserved parking is available to residents.
Residents of The Aspen will live in close proximity to the most popular dining, retail and entertainment venues in the downtown area. Busboys and Poets and A Baked Joint are just a few of the local hot spots within walking distance. With access to several Bikeshare stations, the DC Circulator, and the Mt. Vernon and Gallery Place-Chinatown Metro stations, residents can also quickly move around the city.
The grand opening for The Aspen will be held on October 3rd, starting at 5:30pm. This event will be preceded by a private ceremonial ribbon cutting with Mayor Bowser. To RSVP for the grand opening or for more information about the apartment homes, visit The Aspen DC or call Tony Lucadamo at 202.480.7203.
