This week’s Deal of the Week is a four-bedroom rowhouse at 1104 4th Street NE (see map here) near Gallaudet University that is listed for just under $500,000.
The property was renovated last year, and now has a brand new kitchen, a large living and dining space and all hardwood floors. Two of the four bedrooms are large, but the other two are probably better used as a den or a children’s bedroom. The home has a fully finished basement, central A/C and an off-street driveway.
Here are some monthly payment calculations based on a 15 percent down payment and a 30-year fixed rate mortgage at 4.86%.
