This is your final opportunity to purchase at The Brooks.
With sales in the final closeout, there are only eight residences left at the first condominium building to debut at The Parks at Walter Reed redevelopment. The remaining residences include one bedroom, one bedrooms with dens and two bedrooms, with pricing ranging from the low $400s to the upper $600s. Models are available to tour by appointment. The Brooks is also offering a $10,000 closing cost credit that can be used to lower the sales price, pay down condo fees or cover closing costs.
To make an appointment to tour the remaining homes at The Brooks, reach the Urban Pace sales team at 202.315.5431 or thebrooks@urbanpace.com.
The Parks is located in the heart of upper Northwest DC and will include 100,000 square feet of retail, including a new Whole Foods Market, a wide selection of restaurants and 20,000 square feet of creative and cultural space.
The campus is now open and the Retail Marketplace—where the Kite House condominiums are selling and will deliver in spring 2023—is slated to deliver early next year with new retail including Mezze restaurant, Charmery ice cream shop and Nailsaloon.
A variety of residences are available at Kite House, but one of the property’s most desirable floorplans—featuring two bedrooms and a den—is selling fast with just eight remaining on the market. Hard hat tours for Kite House will begin in October and model tours are available at the sales center via a virtual reality showcase.
Features and fixtures at the remaining condos at The Brooks include hardwood floors, shaker style kitchen cabinetry, Bosch stainless steel appliances, porcelain tile backsplashes and Kohler faucets. The residences boast plenty of windows and natural light, and many feature balconies with views of over ten acres of landscaped green spaces including an Arts Plaza (now open), dog park, Great Lawn and Officer’s Walk.
Residents of The Brooks enjoy a beautiful lobby and roof deck as well as one year of complimentary access to all of the amenities at neighboring The Vale apartments, including a fitness center, yoga studio, co-working space, pet spa and stunning saltwater pool with cabanas. Parking is available at The Brooks as well.
The Parks has had a busy summer and will continue to activate the campus with events including a Sunday farmers’ market and, this October, the annual Down in the Reeds Music Festival.
