One Park Crest
It is hard not to take notice of the amenities that One Park Crest offers.
The 19-story luxury development in Tysons Corner (map) not only has a staffed front desk and fitness center, but also a massage studio, a lounge with a fireplace, pool table and plasma TVs, and a swimming pool and sun deck on the 18th floor. One Park Crest also offers underground parking for its residents, guest suites for when owners have out-of-town visitors, and a 60,000 square-foot Harris Teeter and Starbucks located just next door to meet residents’ shopping needs.

But the units themselves are just as noteworthy as the amenities. A variety of open floorplans are available for the one and two-bedroom units and the upper floor condos offer views of the DC skyline from private balconies.
The spacious feel of the units is enhanced by nine and ten-foot ceilings and hardwood floors, and the kitchens have GE Profile and Viking appliances, premiere cabinetry, and granite counters. Each condo is also pre-wired for multiple phone lines, high-speed internet and cable.

The 335-unit project was designed by WDG Architecture, the local firm that designed The Ashton at Judiciary Square and 2400 M Street NW, two of DC’s more luxurious apartment projects. The units at One Park Crest have a number of the firm’s calling card features including floor-to-ceiling windows in most units.
One-bedroom condos at One Park Crest start in the upper $300,000s, two-bedrooms in the $500,000s and there are a select number of penthouses starting at $1.175 million.
