Georgia Row, the luxury condominium development located directly across from The Parks at Walter Reed, is now more than seventy percent sold and this month will complete its final phase of construction.
With the homes at Georgia Row are selling quickly, only a limited number of each floorplan remain, including the Carter—spacious three bedroom homes featuring large private terraces ideal for summer entertaining, and the Blair—two-bedroom homes with three levels of living space. Blair homes are priced from the high $500s and Carters are priced from the low $700s. Both models are now available for tours.
Developed by Craftmark Homes and Elm Street Development, each Georgia Row home combines the multi-level feel of a townhome with the convenience of a condo. The homes range in size from 700 square feet to more than 1,800 square feet, and have either one-, two- or three-bedroom layouts. The multi-level designs, which include main level living rooms and kitchens and either upper and/or lower level bedrooms, also provide residents with plenty of open space and privacy.
Georgia Row homes come in two design aesthetics, modern and transitional, but all of the residences come standard with high-end finishes, including five-inch wide-plank hardwood flooring, quartz countertops, home automated systems and LED lighting. On-site parking is also available for purchase.
While Georgia Row residents already have direct access to sought-after restaurants, shops and entertainment venues, its location adjacent to The Parks at Walter Reed promises access to a host of new retail and green space. Georgia Row is also located just a half mile from the Takoma Metro Station on the Red Line, which runs through the heart of DC.
