S2 Development recently announced that their latest luxury condo project, The Highline, will debut in Bloomingdale (map) this fall.
The Highline is a collection of eight phenomenal two-bedroom residences that are the product of S2 Development, architect Shawn Buehler of Bennett Frank McCarthy Architects and designer Anna Kahoe of GoodWood. The concept for the building came from the classic American, modern look that withstands the test of time. Singular details that emphasize clean lines were thoughtfully designed for how you want to live.
“It is our goal to push the envelope on design," S2 principal Phil Simon said. "Our intention is to re-invent ourselves on each project.”
Every element of The Highline will be built with an exacting attention to detail. The homes will feature custom cabinetry, Pella windows, wide-plank Maple flooring, soaking tubs, balconies and much more. “It would be easier to use the same finish package over and over," says S2's Lee Simon. "However we believe that people should have the opportunity of choice.” The Highline condos will start in the upper $400s.
The Rob and Brent Group of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty are listing the residences. “We are thrilled to once again partner up with S2 and their team on the sale of these spectacular condos. The attention to detail and quality of product that this team creates is truly one-of-a-kind,” says listing agent Rob Sanders.
