Although some may debate the cost efficiency for renters, it seems that the co-living concept is working — and one such brand is expanding in DC.
Ditto Residential is opening the Adams Morgan outpost of its OSLO co-living brand this weekend. Located at 1708 V Street NW (map), OSLOadmo will contain 8 three-bedroom units.

As with other co-living projects, the OSLO functions like a modernized version of a group house. Each unit centers around a shared living/dining area and kitchen. The bedrooms each have ample closet space and an en-suite bath.
This is the third OSLO project, making the brand the largest co-living operator in the District; the other two are in Shaw and in the Atlas District, the latter of which opened just two years ago. In a statement Ditto Residential released yesterday, a fourth location was also being teased.
