Just over a mile from Tysons Corner, Arden, a new community by Toll Brothers, is offering homeowners something unique for the DC area: expansive, design-flexible, modern farmhouses set on three-fourths- to over one-acre home sites. The 103 homes at Arden will debut this year.
The homes at Arden will have between four and seven bedrooms, each boasting top-of-the-line finishes, three- to five-car garages and main level master retreat options.
Arden features seven unique home designs and gives buyers the ability to personalize everything from the exterior to the floorplan, with the option to add suites, outdoor living spaces, and prep kitchens. Buyers can also personalize their homes through the Toll Brothers Design Studio, where a design consultant can help pick out everything from flooring to fixtures.
This year, Toll Brothers was selected for the sixth year in the row as the number one most admired homebuilder by Fortune Magazine. The company is know for its well-designed, high value, single-family detached neighborhoods.
While the Arden community has much to offer—tree-lined streets, an expansive network of walking trails, and large community pond—it is also located just 1.3 miles from Tysons Corner with convenient access to Route 7 and I-495, providing quick commutes to major employment centers all over the DC area. Arden is also close to attractions including The Boro, Wolf Trap and the National Park for the Performing Arts.
Students living at Arden will be part of the highly sought-after Fairfax County Public School system and will attend Spring Hill Elementary, Cooper Middle School and Langley High School.
Arden will soon be open for sales. Stay tuned for details about the community’s new model home.
For more information about Arden, visit the community online here or contact the sales team, Lyndsey Comment and Denise Jacobs, by phone at 855-298-0316.
