Kettler's Distinctive Design Will Deliver This Spring in Adams Morgan
Known for their distinctive residential communities across the DC area, Kettler will open its latest project, Reed Row, at the southern tip of Adams Morgan this spring.
Reed Row is an example of innovative architectural design where each residence was expertly crafted to maximize natural sunlight. In addition to high-end finishes and hardwood flooring throughout, many residences feature a space-saving, pod-styled arrangement that combines the kitchen, bathroom and washer and dryer in the center of the home, leaving ample, open living space in the rest of the unit.
The kitchens at Reed Row have European stainless steel appliances, custom millwork cabinetry, Brizo fixtures and touch faucets. Bathrooms feature floating sinks, porcelain tile walls and glass enclosed showers.
Reed Row’s exterior design is a unique blend of classic architecture and modern design. The building’s facade and external contouring highlight the style and character of the surrounding neighborhoods and pay homage to the historic look and feel of Adams Morgan.
When residents enter Reed Row, they are welcomed with an open carriageway and a two-level courtyard that leads to a large resident lounge with a fully-equipped, WiFi-enabled, coworking space that is located on the first level. Additional building amenities include a 24/7 concierge, fitness center with CrossFit-style multi-function machines, bike storage, bike repair stations, a dog washing space and underground parking for rent.
For a quiet oasis or to entertain guests, residents can take advantage of the garden space and enclosed sunroom on the roof. Select fifth-floor homes will have private outdoor terraces, with unobstructed views of the Washington Monument and downtown DC.
Reed Row residents will be close to three of DC’s most popular dining, entertainment, cultural and nightlife districts. Within walking distance of dozens of restaurants and retail shopping, residents will be treated to the convenience and diversity known to the area. Moving in and around the city is seamless at Reed Row, with easy access to the Dupont Circle metro station and the bustling 14th and U Street corridors.
Reed Row is expected to deliver in Spring 2017, with studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom homes available. To stay informed of the exciting rental opportunities, join the VIP list at ReedRow.com.
