The highly-anticipated opening of sales at TRIBECA, NoMa's newest high-end condominiums is officially here. Prospective homeowners can now schedule an appointment to see the beautiful mock kitchen at the sales gallery and learn about the unique style inspired by the New York City neighborhood of the same name with delivery expected in spring 2021.
Last Thursday's highly attended virtual Grand Opening event for TRIBECA allowed those from around the city to be the first to see the newly released renderings. The virtual event also featured live interviews with the developers, local business owners and the unveiling of TRIBECA's full website complete with beautifully updated images of all the interior finishes and building amenities.
TRIBECA's available floorplans range in size from one-bedroom, one-bath condominiums to the spacious two-bedroom, two-bath penthouses featuring over 1,200+ square feet of living space. The penthouse floors also include spacious private terraces.
The chef-style kitchens at TRIBECA come complete with custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, concealed microwaves, panelized Bosch appliances, Kohler fixtures and the opportunity to select from two different color palettes. The living areas feature recessed lighting and floor to ceiling windows that make each home feel immediately spacious and welcoming.
TRIBECA provides the ultimate in comfort for its new owners as well as their guests. The building's expansive rooftop is outfitted with lounge seating, a dining table and a fire pit, providing the perfect place to unwind. The sky lounge features a beautiful entertainment center, marble wet bar, and ample seating to watch movies with friends or to work from home. The building also offers a state-of-the-art fitness center and seven day per week concierge service.
When you own at TRIBECA, you'll be in the center of everything and a few minutes walk from the NoMa Metro Station, Trader Joe’s, Harris Teeter, Starbucks, REI and Peet’s Coffee. Residents will also be steps away from the Union Market neighborhood where they can enjoy a drink at Blue Bottle Coffee, browse the Politics & Prose bookstore, or conveniently access a large variety of DC's most popular shops, bars, and restaurants.
All 99 homes at TRIBECA are now for sale and appointments are available, either in-person at the sales gallery or virtually with a sales agent.
