The HGTV program My First Sale is currently holding casting calls in the DC area.

According to a press release, My First Sale is a show that "captures the trials and tribulations, stress and success of prepping for sale, pricing, negotiating, and ultimately selling of a home for the first time."
The show is looking for first-time home sellers and their real estate agents in the DC/NoVa area. Taping will begin in the coming weeks and will continue through the winter.
We took a look at the application and picked out a couple of the more interesting questions:
If you are selling as a single, you may be asked to have a trusted friend join you for some of the process. This person would serve as your sounding board. Who would you choose as a sounding board and why?
Tell us why you think you’ll have a high tolerance for having a camera crew follow you around during the potentially stressful period of selling your first place?
For more intformation on the application process, contact Sami Hartman at shartman@highnoontv.com.
