In May, HGTV began casting for the upcoming second season of My First Sale. UrbanTurf received word from the show's producers this morning that the program has ratcheted up its efforts to find interesting and qualified participants:
My First Sale is looking for fun, high-energy first-time home sellers (and their Realtor!) who are interested in being featured on the show! These homeowners should be very motivated to sell and open to having a camera crew shoot all of the exciting processes and experiences of listing and selling their first home. We are accepting applications from home sellers who have just started the process, or are ready to list soon. They must also have a reasonable goal of selling within three to four months. We are looking for pictures ASAP of the home and the homeowner(s).
Interested? Contact Rebecca Cope at 303.712.3174 or rcope@highnoontv.com. But before you reach out, look at the application and official announcement to make sure it's something you're qualified for and genuinely interested in.
For those of you curious about what it's like to sell your home on reality television, watch for our piece later this week featuring one of the first DC residents to actually participate on My First Sale.
