Guess the Price: Vegas, Vegas, Vegas

UrbanTurf representatives are currently taking in some March Madness basketball in Las Vegas, so it seems only fitting that our weekly departure from DC-related real estate fare should be related to that of Sin City. However, rather than focus on the city’s hard-hit, low-priced housing inventory, we decided to bring back UrbanTurf’s popular price-guessing game for homes in other metropolitan areas. In this installment, we choose decadence over reason and look at a massive penthouse condo high above The Strip.

This unit is on two levels, measures out at over 6,400 square feet and has a private pool and jacuzzi on a deck that looks out on the strip. If you like what you see as far as luxury furnishings (pool table, jukebox, aquarium), don’t worry — they are included in the list price. While this condo is not New York City expensive, we warn you that any guess below $6 million is just silly.
Post your guesses in the comments section below. And remember, be fair and don’t do any research of your own. The winner will receive an UrbanTurf t-shirt:

Printed on a comfortable Alternative Apparel t-shirt, this is the perfect way to show love for your favorite website.
